南北湖风景区是中国唯一集山、海、湖为一体的风景名胜，是浙江第一批省级风景名胜区，国家AAA级旅游区，地处杭沪苏甬等大中城市的中心地段。总面积30平方公里，分湖塘、三湾、鹰窠顶、谈仙岭、滨海五大景区，有世界最小的石城－谈仙石城；夜普陀之称的－云岫庵；天文奇观－日月并升；举世闻名的－钱塘潮涌源头等诸多旅游名胜景点。山有层次，水有曲折，海有奇景。

Naibei lake scenic spot is the only landscape formed by mountains, sea and lake in China,and it isalso one of the first batch of provincial scenic spots in Zhejiang, AAA grade. It is in the center of Hangzhou, Shanghai and Ningbo, total area 30 square kilometers. It consists of 5 spots: Fenghu tang, Sanwan, Yingkouting, Tanxianling and Binhai. It hasthe smallest city of stone in the world Tanxian city of stones; Yunzhou Annamed as nightPutuo; the moon and sun rising togetheran astronomicalmiracle; and the resource of the world famous Qiangtang tide. Range upon range of mountains, winding water, and sea with miracles.

北山面海的丰富土地开发资源
Land resource fertile land against mountains and facing the sea

    南北湖风景区规划面积45平方公里，其中围垦新区规划面积15平方公里。具备了土地开发的丰富资源。
    围垦新区地势平坦，平均海拔4米，地层以沙质粉土为主，土层稳定，最适合工程建设。
    围垦新区北靠南北湖风景区，南临钱塘江，具有独特的自然景观资源，海岸线总长12公里，将逐步建成生态沿海观光长廊。

     Naibei lake scenic spot hastotal 45 square kilometers, among which, the new area is 15 square kilometers, fertile and waiting for development.
    The newly enclosed area is very flat, 4 meters above sea level. The soil is mainly sandy and powdery and very suitable for engineering construction.
    The new enclosed area is close to Nanbei lake area in the north, and close to Qiantang river in the south. It has special and unique scenic resource with total coastal line of 12 kilometers. It will be slowly constructed as an ecological corridor for sightseeing.
